ABOUT

A small company, built to compound.

Two founders, complementary disciplines: systems and media on one side, law and compliance on the other.

Filip Salamon

CEO / CTO

Filip Salamon

A career spent at the intersection of media and technology. Filming for ŠKODA, Pilsner Urquell and Range Rover. He then moved to San Francisco, co-founded a startup, went through the full founder experience — including failure. He went on to work with a YC-backed startup and served as CIO at Renato. With the rise of AI he built ZEUS Legal AI. Today he brings all of it to his role as CEO and CTO of Salamon Capital.

Martina Salamon

COO & CLO

Martina Salamon

Practising attorney and founder of Salamon Legal, her own law office. Our legal and compliance authority: Martina shapes how ZEUS Legal AI handles sources, liability and professional standards, and her practice delivers the legal service line — contracts, data protection and compliance for our clients.

VISION

AI changes everything. We are still early.

Four positions we hold, and the reason we build the way we build. Services today, products tomorrow, ventures next — in that order, because each stage has to hold weight before the next one starts.

I — COMPUTE COMPOUNDS

Machine intelligence keeps getting cheaper and more capable. Work that once needed a department now runs as a process. Nothing suggests this curve is near its ceiling.

II — COMPANIES BECOME HYBRID

A company is a decision-making system. Its substrate is shifting from purely human to human plus machine. Revenue stops tracking headcount, and org charts start to look like wiring diagrams of judgment and execution.

III — CONTEXT CANNOT BE BOUGHT

Most systems record what a company decided and discard why. Agents given only the what invent the rest. The record of how your company actually decides is produced by how it works — so readiness is an organisational problem before it is a technical one.

IV — WE RUN ON WHAT WE SELL

We test every position on ourselves first. Our own operations run on the agentic system we built, which is why the advice we give clients is not theoretical, and why products follow from services rather than replacing them.
