2. What this website is
This site presents our company, the services we offer and the products we build. It is informational. Nothing published here is an offer to conclude a contract within the meaning of Section 1732 of the Czech Civil Code, and sending the contact form does not create any contractual relationship between us. Any cooperation begins only from a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and that agreement — not this page — governs what we deliver, on what terms and for what price.
3. Using the site
You may read, print and share the content for your own information or for internal use inside your organisation. You may not:
- use the site in a way that damages, overloads or impairs it, or that interferes with anyone else's use of it;
- use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial communication, unlawful, deceptive or abusive content;

It is not investment advice, not an investment recommendation, not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, and not an invitation to entrust us with funds. We do not provide investment services and are not authorised to do so. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results, and the value of investments can fall as well as rise. Quoting a short passage with attribution and a link to the source is fine.

This site links to third-party websites, including myzeus.cz. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available and its content current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors, or that any particular information is complete or up to date at the moment you read it. We may change, restrict or discontinue any part of the site, or update these terms, at any time. Changes take effect when published on this page; the date at the top tells you when that last happened.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this website, including loss of data or lost profit, nor for damage caused by content of third-party sites we link to.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for damage to a person's natural rights, or any other liability that cannot be limited under mandatory provisions of Czech law — in particular Section 2898 of the Czech Civil Code — nor any rights you have as a consumer.

10. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from use of this website are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. This does not deprive a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence.
If you are a consumer, you may also turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz) for out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute.
